Dr Pam Popper: Treating Fibromyalgia; Drugs Useless for Low Back Pain
According to studies and fibromyalgia patients, drugs are useless for treating this condition. Not surprisingly, diet and exercise are better. Tylenol, Excedrin and NSAIDS are useless for treating back pain. In one study people who did not take the drugs actually got better a little faster than people taking the drugs.
