This is a What I Eat In A Day video for 1/24/2016.
For breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal. With bananas, dates, pecans. So tasty and comforting.
I haven’t had oatmeal in years, I was check out A Tunisian Vegan’s Instagram and it gave me some inspiration to make my own. Check out his channel and Instagram below!

For lunch I had some leftover rigatoni. I cooked some broccoli to mix in and covered it in nutritional yeast and kelp/dulse flakes.
Nutritional yeast is a source of B12, and other nutrients. I still recommend that you supplement you B12.
Kelp and Dulse are also a healthy source of dietary iodine.
For dinner I made an Ethiopian inspired dish. Red lentil, sweet potato, tomato, onion, garlic, swiss chard were in this stew.
This is merely an example of what I happened to eat on this particular day, as a vegan. Not necessarily what you should eat.
