Ginger is an very important and interesting spice that you can grow in your garden. In today’s video we will see two techniques of growing and planting ginger in the garden.

Ginger can be planted in May and then it needs about 4 to 6 months to grow to about 4-5 feet in height after which you can harvest the ginger. In this video we also look at how a premature harvest of ginger looks like and ways you can avoid it.
