Spicy Walnut Tacos

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. raw walnuts
2 tsp. coconut aminos
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. coriander
pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Mix walnuts, aminos, and spices in food processor and pulse into a coarse mixture.
2. Serve in leaf lettuce.
