The best tip to stay healthy is to NOT cook in teflon pots, NOT drink heavily chlorinated water & NOT mix chlorinated water w/non dairy creamers, dried milk or baby formula. Today’s most serious illnesses are cancer, malaria, TB, diarrhea, HIV/AIDS, stroke & heart attacks. Treatments 4 cancer are vitamin B17, raw broccoli/asparagus, soursop, wheatgrass, bitter mellon, garlic, olive oil, ginger, yarrow, apricot seeds, grapes seeds, red clover, rosemary, cayenne pepper, turmeric, cardamom, tonic water or grapefruit juice. Eating tumeric or achiote reduces tumor growth. When cooked with cauliflower it reduces prostate cancer. Do not overload on potasium ie bananas,tonic water,grapefruit juice if you’re taking blood pressure pills. Malaria wear natural mosquito repellent (citronella oil), take vitamin B1, papaya, artemisia annua (grind dry leaves&mix w/peanut butter), yarrow, echinacea, cinnamon, basil, alum, grape seeds, garlic, banana flower extract, neem, quinine or grapefruit juice. TB aloe 2 boost your immune system w/astragalus, yarrow, cayenne, mint, basil, thyme, grape seeds, horsetail, elderberry, goldenrod & ground up egg shells(1 tbs a day). Diarrhea for kids give them clean water mixed w/small amounts salt, wrightia tea (white angel), rice water or coconut water & feed them tiny pieces of banana. Adults can do same & take small amounts of ginger, achiote, clove, thyme to treat diarrhea. HIV/AIDS strengthen your immune system w/aloe (natural B-12), astragalus, silver colloidal, moringa, neem, yarrow, echinacea, sweet potatoes, papaya, pomengranate, salmon, romaine lettuce, oysters, cayenne & eat small meals made from fresh produce thruout the day. Stroke/high blood pressure: vegan diet (no dairy, healthy salt in small quantities, no fried foods), tumeric or baobab berry tea, hawthorn, white mulberry,yarrow, black seed,suma, moringa, calcium, garlic, periwinkle, banana, grapefruit juice & soak in epsom salts. For gout, rheumatism & joint problems: stay away from dairy products. Eat cherries, grape seeds, cayenne, quinine, horsetail, nettle, ginger & rub comfrey oil on joints. Stomach problems drink watered down grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange juice. If throwing up & can’t hold anything down make ginger, camomile or cardamom tea. U can also dip a wash cloth or cotton ball in the tea&place over belly button. Tea will get absorbed thru your belly & sooth your tummy. Dill & thyme are good for colic. Detox your system- drink lots of spring water & eat broccoli, collards, black seed,yarrow,wheatgrass, cilantro, dandelion, kasha, avocado, garlic, asparagus, cauliflower & egg yolks. Natural contraceptives: papaya, pomengranate, mexican yam, queen annes lace. Or abstain between 8 & 19 days after period starts. Cayenne is used as a natural fat burner, pain killer, for ulcers, increase metabolism, improve circulation & boost the immune system & aid digestion. In a tonic form it’s used to treat the heart, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, spleen, stomach, herpes, shingles & rheumatism. Sage, yarrow, alum can stop bleeding & can be used to heal gums, mouth sores & brush your teeth.Thyme prevents tooth decay. Rosemary, basil, grape seed, hawthorn are good for memory problems, Parkinsons & Alzheimers. Stress- St. Johns Wort, rhodiola, passionflower, sweet potatoe, cardamom, chamomile, basil, ginger. Depression: St. Johns Wort, licorice root,rhodiola, omega3, salmon, mackerel, walnuts, graham crackers. Diabetes: goldenseal, bitter melon,legumes, chickpeas, milk thistle, omega 3, flaxseed oil, black seed,walnuts, basil, ginger, cider vinegar, cinnamon. Caffeine/drug addictions: start detox by drinking water, wheat grass juice & eating foods full of vitamin C & zinc (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, black seeds, watermellon, cabbage, watercress, chickpeas).
