My Entire Bipolar Playlist:
*WARNING* I Use Lots of Profanity
Hey y’all my name is Troy and I have Bipolar Type I Disorder with Rapid Cycling and Mixed Episodes and most of my videos are focused on my Mania. When I was diagnosed isn’t very important because I’m pretty sure I’ve had it my entire life. I was U.S. Marine from 1988-1991 and then worked as a Federal Officer for U.S. Customs from 1995 until a severe manic episode with psychosis ended my career and my 12 year marriage.
I have several playlists dedicated to a variety of topics and while Bipolar Disorder is my primary focus. Animal cruelty and trophy hunting are the next two things are what I am most passionate about. I also do no-nonsense movie reviews.
I have been supporting myself with a Federal Disability Pension and Military Service connected injury compensation pension since 2012.
Please feel free to leave me a comment or reach out to me if you have any questions I may not have the answer but I will reply. Thank you so much for watching and listening to me ramble. 🙂
I’m not looking for pity or attention or sympathy, my hope is to inform, educate, raise awareness, fight the stigma associated with Bipolar Disorder. Please feel free to reach out to me, I may not have an answer but I will respond.
My videos are a mix of me giving advice on how to manage mania, depression, psychosis, rapid cycling & Mixed States through mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, positive energy, the importance of quality sleep & being a self-advocate.
Please understand that I am not a Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Therapist or anything resembling a member of any medical field. My videos are simply me explaining the methods, tips and strategies that I have used to help me reach some level of stability so if you try any of my suggestions you are doing so at your own risk. You should always speak with your Dr. about anything new you want to try with regard to improving your mental health.
