Eye pressure or Glaucoma as the MDs call it, happens because the little tiny blood vessels and lymphatic vessels that feed the eye are plugged up. It’s similar to the sink getting plugged up and as a result, the water backs up. Therefore, when everything’s healthy there’s good fluid in the eye and bad fluid goes out of the eye.
