Also if you feel a urinary tract infection coming on — (if you urinate and you don’t feel full relief after you empty your bladder), you literally have a 20 minute window to kill the bacteria before it multiplies. Quickly take the Dmannose within that 20 minutes and continue to take it every four hours for 5 or so days. Naturally, also push the Uva ursi through your bladder too. If you don’t have Dmannose you can use vitamin C. Quickly rush to the chemist and push the vitamin C through your bladder every 4 hours for 5 or so days. The acidity in the vitamin C will create an environment where bacteria simply can’t survive. The bacteria will multiply at an alarming rate so get onto it! Prevention and consistency is the key.

Dmannose typically works on the E.coli strain of bacteria. It’s worth mentioning 85-90% of infections are from the E.coli strain. Interestingly enough I didn’t have the E.coli strain (as my tests kept coming up negative — they couldn’t grow anything off my bacteria in the lab) but the Dmannose worked for me. So definitely still give it a go. Just make sure you have the Uva as well.

Uva ursi is great on its own. I also have dandelion and nettle. They are very good for you and help to assist the detoxification process. Uva’s ok on its own, but I found that having dandelion and nettle helped as an extra boost.
