In this brief video I discuss the health benefits of consuming Cayenne pepper. In this video I will also be demonstrating how to formulate a cayenne pepper health tonic utilizing 90,000 Heat Unit African Birds Eye Cayenne Pepper. To make this recipe take 1/4 – to 1/2 Tea Spoon of your Birds Eye Cayenne Pepper powder and add it to 4 to 8 ounces hot filtered water. Allow the solution to come to room temperature prior to consumption. To consume this potion properly – swish each sip for a minimum of 30 seconds before swallowing. If you have never used cayenne before – start off with a cayenne pepper with a heat unit ranging from 5,000 to 30,000.
