These are so ubiquitous in our food chain and yet slowly compromise our immune systems.
1. Gluten (Wheat, Barley and Rye)
2. Sugar (anything ending in OSE, OL or IN) and
3. Sweeteners (such as: Aspartame, Splenda – Sucrolose, AceSulfame potassium, saccharin & Neotame)
If you feed your child any of these products on a regular basis, you’ll shorten their lives and their quality of life.
Better alternatives have been on the Human menu for generations — meat vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, beans, pulses, seaweed, etc.
My invite is for you to make smarter choices about WHAT and WHEN you feed your child. If you’re not sure, ask a simple Q: “Was this item I’m about to give my child on the Human menu 10,000 years ago?” If not, choose again. You’ll find that if they are more alive than that which you’re about to feed them, you have a much smarter choice to make.
“What shall I give them to drink?” Think about what 70%+ of our body is composed of…H2O.
