Hey guys! Here are 10 natural home remedies to get rid of acne and pimples, they are all really simple and most of them can be made with things you will already have in your house. when it comes to the recipes you don’t need to do all of them – just try 1 or 2 🙂 or you can try them all and see which one works best for you!

The remedies to get rid of acne are as follows:
1. honey & cinnamon spot treatment (honey is antimicrobial and extremely nourishing for the skin, and cinnamon helps bring circulation to the skin to heal it faster)
2. Toothpaste spot treatment -preferably a natural one (the baking soda helps dry out the pimple, and peppermint can reduce inflammation – great quick fix)
3. Nutmeg &garlic spot treatment (nutmeg is a potent antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory – traditionally used for treating many skin conditions. garlic is just awesome: sulfates, antimicrobial, antioxidant)
4. Apply tea tree oil on cotton swab (kills all bad bacteria! very effective but good to dilute slightly)
5. Cleanse then aloe vera night mask (not only antimicrobial but astringent: reducing inflammation quickly, sooths skin, reduces pain and forms protective layer)

6. Exercise (reduces negative hormone levels)
7. Egg yolk face mask (sulphur)
8. Cut dairy from diet (US particularly – due to high usage of hormones)
9. Tone your face with apple cider vinegar (can dilute in a little water) before bed (reduces acidity of skin, kills bad bacteria, softens skin, and allows skin to function optimally – shedding skin at right rate: reducing blockages and redness
10. Wash face morning and night with clean apparatus/gently exfoliate and don’t touch face throughout day
